Physiotherapists
Mark has been working in private practice for more than 30 years, much of it within Newark. His physiotherapy interests centre around low back pain, multiple areas of pathology and those patients who arrive at his clinic as the ‘clinic of last hope’. At home he enjoys cryptic crosswords and he brings this logical and lateral thinking in to his physiotherapy work.
His thumbs and his singing are renowned throughout the region.

Administration Team
Sandy is the practice manager and is generally regarded as the true power within the clinic. She has worked alongside Mark for over 25 years and is either deaf or has learned how to block out Mark’s singing.
Previously working for Tourist Information Anthea is well aware of the attractions of Newark and especially the Newark Physio Clinic. She is travelling to work on her Vespa but hasn’t let on yet if she is a mod or a rocker.
Annie is the latest addition to the team. She is reputed to have been the inspiration behind a famous songwriter’s top 10 hit, but we haven’t yet found out which song. When not being a celebrity’s muse she enjoys country walks and outdoor swimming.
