The data we hold on each patient is specific to their medical history, medical treatment and contact information.

We use your personal information only for providing you, the patient, with physiotherapy services and to communicate with GP’s, solicitors, referring insurance groups and consultants, unless the patient specifically informs the clinic that they do not want their medical information shared with other parties.
We may use your personal information to contact you regarding your appointments, clinical condition or your account.
This business takes protection of patient information seriously, making every attempt to ensure that there can be no data breach by staff, by paper trail or online.
No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

If any patient records become breached, then the patient will be informed as well as the Information Communications Office.
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 24.3.2018 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being written on this policy
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically.
